The Keynote Speaker, Mr. Silvera Castro setting the charge to participants of the Essay Competition to continue to seek to excel in personal and academic spheres.   Mr. Albert Smith, General Manager (NUCS), responded on behalf of the judges, highlighting the proficiencies of the participants writing skills and some of challenges.
